We provide a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return: The product must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Items That Cannot Be Returned: The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Products sold at a discount or special price
- Flash sale items
- Bundles or sets (unless all items in the bundle are returned)
- Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process
A: Non-Defective Returns
- Return Shipping Fees: If you’re returning an item for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please reach out to us for return instructions and applicable shipping charges.
- Self-Shipment Returns: You may choose to handle the return shipping yourself. If you do, please notify us beforehand to help speed up the process. Be sure to include your order number and tracking information when sending the item back.
B: Returns Due to Quality or Issues
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with a detailed description and photos of the problem. Depending on the issue, we may offer a full refund, exchange, or partial refund.
- Incorrect Item Received:
- Keep the Incorrect Item: You can keep the incorrect product at a discounted price.
- Return for Correct Item: If you prefer the correct item, please get in touch for return instructions and a replacement.
- Damaged During Delivery: If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and take photos of the damage. Contact us immediately to arrange a return and replacement.
- Lost Package: If your order does not arrive as expected, please check with neighbors and the courier service. If your package is still missing, please contact us so we can open a claim with the shipping company. We will assist you as soon as the investigation is complete.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, at no additional cost. Please contact us with your order details as soon as possible to ensure cancellation within two business days.
- After Shipping: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will involve a recall fee. If you need to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please contact us, and we will assist in halting delivery if possible.
Warranty Information
RADI Mart offers a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase on all items that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to products purchased directly from RADI Mart.
